Coronavirus update - ALL netball activities cancelled

Following Monday's statement from Her Majesty's Government and England Netball, Gloucestershire Netball have made the decision to stop all netball activity - junior and senior leagues, Performance Academies and courses. While we are extremely disappointed that we have to make this decision, our aim is to keep all participants safe during this very difficult situation.

Seniors - The senior county league results will stand as per the current tables as there is only one league fixture remaining for Prem and Div’s 1,2 and 3. Division 4 has already completed all fixtures. The Fast Five tournament scheduled for 21st March is cancelled.

Juniors - while some of the junior leagues have already been completed, others will not be finished, and we will need to decide how we resolve the final placings where necessary.

The play-offs for U14 and U16 regional qualification/seeding planned for the end of April, and the junior presentation evening planned for 8th May have both been postponed. We will update you as the situation progresses.

Performance Academies - no more sessions will be held this season. Please look out for further notices regarding trials for next season.

Summer League - normally runs May to July, will be reviewed as the situation evolves and we will of course keep you updated.

AGM and County awards presentation evenings - scheduled for May and June respectively, we will update you as the situation progresses but currently these events are also postponed.

Officating & Coaching courses - cancelled. If any members have booked courses through England Netball, please contact EN for information relating to these.

We thank you all for the brilliant season and we wish you all our best during this difficult time
