This friendly tournament is open to everyone over the age of 14 and is a fund-raiser for our tiny club (the original Severn Stars!) based in the Forest of Dean, to help us to provide quality coaching and further develop netball in our area.

Head Coach vacancy at Challengers Netball Club

Challengers Netball Club are looking for a head coach, UKCC level 2 or above, with 2 years coaching experience ahead of the 2018/19 netball season.
We are a competitive and friendly club with six senior teams who compete in Regional South West division 3 and Gloucestershire premier through to division 4.
We had a great season in 17/18, with two promotions and are keen for further success in the new season.
Our season begins in September with pre season starting in August. We train on a Tuesday 7-9.30pm and our matches are Saturdays for Gloucestershire league and Sundays for Regional 3.
You would be responsible for trials to assess players and select squads, developing and delivering training plans and be available to coach at some matches also. Please get in touch if you want to know more!

Gloucestershire County Academy Squad are runners up at Severn Stars Super Nova County tournament

Gloucestershire County Academy Squad with their runners up medals at today’s Super County tournament in Worcester. Wins against Staffordshire and Avon and a draw with Shropshire got them to the final. A fab fast final with Worcestershire resulted in the first loss of the day but still a fantastic team effort. 

Old Chelts coaching opportunity

Old Chelts Netball Club are looking for a level 2 qualified coach to run weekly coaching sessions starting next season. Old Chelts have two teams one that will be in Prem Divison next season and one in Division 3 we also have an Elite Juniour team.
