The England Netball Player Pathway
The Player Pathway has been designed by England Netball to support the development of athletes. The player development journey is an evolutionary process, individual specific and shaped by experiences.
Participation is by invitation
Athletes are nominated either by their School or by Clubs as being identified as having the potential to develop netball skills through the England Netball Performance Pathway. Nominated players are then invited to attend screening for the Gloucestershire County and Satellite Academies.
